This knife sharpener is designed to complement the Sheffield
Choice Plus range of knives. It features spring loaded rotation
steels housed in a nylon body. It is available in Green and

The
Sabatier 2 stage Knife Sharpener
The
sharpener uses preset tungsten blades and crossed ceramic stones
to resharpen the blade of a knife back to razor sharpness. Can
be used on either straight or serrated edges. It is ergonomically
designed with soft grip handle and non-slip base.

2 micro steels rotating at the correct angle, allowing the cutting
